Pros
* I had the chance to work with some genuinely talented, hardworking colleagues. * The team was filled with smart, driven people who did their best despite the circumstances.
Cons
* The organization is driven entirely by the erratic whims of its founder, whose mood swings and insecurities dictate the work environment more than any structured vision or leadership. * Employees are often penalized not for poor work, but for doing good work, especially if they dare to show initiative without first seeking his insecure approval. * The office conditions are equally dismal: think cockroach-infested corners, fungus in water tanks, and a general sense of neglect that mirrors the company's chaotic management style. * Professionalism is sorely lacking, with inappropriate behavior from leadership being openly displayed including unprofessional staring and boundary-crossing attitudes that make the workplace uncomfortable, especially for women. * Talent is treated as disposable, and loyalty always repaid with disrespect. Best example of this would be the founders wife who manages the entire business and yet deals with the most disrespect from the founder. * Extremely high attrition rate, Most of the people ended up leaving soon — not because they wanted to, but because the company refused to offer fair pay, growth opportunities or just had the opportunity to deal with the tantrums of the founder. * This workplace might appear cool over social media but If you're someone who values stability, growth, or basic respect, you’d be wise to look elsewhere.
