Pros
Time management practices within the organization are well-structured and effective. Schedules and deadlines are generally respected, and workflow is managed efficiently.
Cons
Calling candidate The workplace environment lacks openness and mutual respect. Communication is strictly formal, with no encouragement for friendly interaction or collaboration. Managers often behave as though they are above others, displaying a sense of superiority and entitlement. This behavior creates an unhealthy power dynamic where certain individuals form exclusive groups, which further marginalizes others. Unfortunately, this culture has also influenced some employees, who have started mirroring these negative behaviors, resulting in a toxic and intimidating atmosphere. Employees are being asked to contact candidates using their personal mobile phones, and to cover call and recharge expenses themselves. This expectation places an unfair financial burden on staff for tasks that are part of their official responsibilities. There is currently no reimbursement or support provided for these costs, which is both unprofessional and unsustainable in the long term.
