Very interesting and rewarding job - working for the health and safety of Canadians
Cons
Mediocre leadership leading to conflict, harassement, favouritism, abuse of public funds and lack of integrity. Senior management does not lead trough example. Values of the Public Service Commission in hiring and promotion are almost systematically ignored.
