Thank you for this thoughtful review, and for your 4 years of service at Health Catalyst! I appreciate the positives that you shared, and hope we will live up to the specific comment about being responsive to team member feedback and then working to continuously improve. I also miss doing more of the small group lunches as well. I've migrated a little more towards more skip-level 1:1s and then more "town hall" discussions, particularly with offices outside Salt Lake. To that end, I love holding skip-level 1:1s, and have not yet reached my goal of 200 for 2019. If you'd be open to it, let's set up a 1:1 -- Jenn Howard can help us find a time, and it would be great to visit with you. Alternatively, Linda Llewelyn, our Chief People Officer, is holding these smaller group sessions and it would be great to have you join one of those as well. I believe the invites are sent out and then the first team members to sign up are accepted until we're full. Thank you again for your feedback, also regarding the need for further integration and collaboration between technology and services.
