5yThank you for sharing this feedback, and it's great to have you at Health Catalyst. As we shared in the most recent all team member meeting, the decision to submit a review, the content of the review, and the timing of the review, are entirely up to each team member. While we have, for many years, encouraged every team member to consider providing a transparent review of what they appreciate and what could be improved regarding their experience at Health Catalyst, it is entirely up to each team member whether, how and when they choose to participate. We'll continue to reinforce this in our upcoming all team member meetings. We'll also work to live up to the values embedded in the Health Catalyst Way on a daily basis, including transparency and respect. Thank you for your daily work in support of patients and clients.
