Thank you for your response, and agree that we have great team members here at Health Catalyst. While I might disagree with some of your opinions, I value your candor regarding the need to make culture real within an organization rather than just talking about it, and absolutely share this opinion.
I wonder if you would be willing to reach out to me directly to provide perhaps a little more context around what specific advice you would have regarding this? I completely understand if you may not be interested in this, but I thought given that you have left Health Catalyst, perhaps you might be wiling to help us learn and improve from your experience.
