I’m especially grateful to hear that you’ve found such fulfillment in the people you work with, the mission we’re pursuing, and the benefits that support you both personally and professionally. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that our focus on continuous learning, flexibility, and employee well-being is valued and making a difference.
At the same time, I recognize that change—especially at the pace we’ve seen in recent years—can be challenging. I acknowledge it is a steep mountain to climb each year to “earn the right” to keep moving forward as an independent public company. I believe we have the right plan and, most importantly, the right team in place to navigate the path ahead. Your feedback reinforces the importance of transparency as we move forward.
