Pros

My experience at Health Connect America was truly positive. From day one, I felt supported and cared for, which made the transition into my role seamless. The environment encouraged open communication, allowing me to ask questions freely without hesitation. During my short time there, I appreciated the resources provided to help me excel in my job. The additional training sessions were not only informative but also engaging, making learning enjoyable. It’s clear that Health Connect America values its employees and invests in their development. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Health Connect America for anyone seeking a supportive and enriching workplace.

Cons

While my experience at Health Connect America was largely positive, I did notice some areas for improvement at the corporate level. First, I believe there should be a greater financial commitment to smaller agencies, particularly regarding gas reimbursements, which can be a significant expense for staff. Additionally, increasing the overall pay structure would help attract and retain talent. Another area for improvement is health insurance options; a more comprehensive plan would be beneficial for employees. Finally, while I personally did not experience high case loads, I think corporate could do more to support those who do, such as offering additional vacation time or resources to help manage their workload effectively. Addressing these issues could enhance employee satisfaction and overall performance within the organization.

Pros

Supervision and PD make sure you can’t make extra money.. And is so unprofessional.

Cons

Supervisor and PD is so unprofessional and they fired me when at one point they was doing the same thing I was doing before they got a higher paying position. And even told us how to make the extra money then double back and fire us for what they did at one point Smdh
