While my experience at Health Connect America was largely positive, I did notice some areas for improvement at the corporate level.
First, I believe there should be a greater financial commitment to smaller agencies, particularly regarding gas reimbursements, which can be a significant expense for staff. Additionally, increasing the overall pay structure would help attract and retain talent.
Another area for improvement is health insurance options; a more comprehensive plan would be beneficial for employees. Finally, while I personally did not experience high case loads, I think corporate could do more to support those who do, such as offering additional vacation time or resources to help manage their workload effectively.
Addressing these issues could enhance employee satisfaction and overall performance within the organization.
