Pros
Health First is a growing company with a lot of dedicated, very smart people. There are opportunities within the organization to do new things and change the patterns that were established in the past.
Cons
The speed and volume of change is such that it is hard to keep up with what is expected of you and to figure out what is the highest priority. Once things settle down, it will be a lot easier for people to do their jobs. We are not there yet.
