Pros

The people here make it worthwhile coming to work every day. The execs have had success in the past taking previous companies to an exit so they're experienced in the startup realm and all things Silicon Valley.

Cons

There's a daily focus on ensuring sales agents (and other operational departments) are doing their job. Grown adults don't need to be babysat. Give them monthly quotas and watch them either surpass them or fall short. Make macro adjustments. Don't harp on employees every day to "take more calls." It's not a 90s call center.

Our department had a great leadership team, and the company, overall had great leadership.

nothing horrible horrible horrible. So many direction changes and they don't give you the position your hired for.
