The Most Dysfunctional Company - Anonymous employee Health Inventures Employee Review

This has to be the worst company I have ever experienced. It is quite stunning how leadership turns a blind eye to how it is being managed into the ground. The company claims to be able to manage ASC's but can not even manage itself. The level of turnover is astronomical coming from the tremendous dysfunction of the organization. There is a true fight between old guard and new guard and no one wins. What a sad excuse for a company. If you are considering this company - look elsewhere. No one deserves to be a part of this kind of dysfunction.
