2 out of the 3 locations have amazing people working there - very much family oriented

Forced into different positions without asking or consideration, given raises in order for you to keep your mouth shut and not complain, owner of the company is HR so any harassment from owner does not get resolved, extreme micromanagement, no trust in employees, feeling overworked and burned out very quickly, any opinions or suggestions to management gets turned down immediately, no room for growth, isolation from other employees;
