Pros
There is a staff of dedicated nurses who genuinely want to help people if given the opportunity.
Cons
Work load is unrealistic. Work load is not distributed evenly among staff. Management has staff doing everything but what they were hired to do which is case manage. Not all staff lives by the same rules. Supervisor of department is not qualified and is unable to do her job effectively. There is not much flexibility as far as the work schedule.
