      Give's you an opportunity and is somewhat understanding to get you in the door if you didn't have as much experience.

      Cons

      Not good at controlling chaos between employees, not good at sticking to their word about giving you your bonus after one years, does not fully tell you the truth about where in the contract THEY are which affects your contract time, previously not good at being clear about location of work, and definitely not great at communication or responding.

      Great way to integrate into education system and work with kids on behaviorally level Learn a lot about motivation of behaviors of not just specific kids but general children population

      Pay is okay and there is potential to be involved with kids who react violently to certain behavior management methods
