Pros

HealthEquity invests in the team members, making culture and engagement a priority. Even better, HealthEquity executive leadership acknowledges missteps and corrects them, is as transparent as they can be in their communication efforts, and values the contributions of team members.

Cons

An abundance of work, so a strong work ethic is a must.

Thank you for your review of HealthEquity on Glassdoor. Great to see 1) your tenure with the company and 2) your sharing your voice. It is important for us to create a space in which team members feel comfortable sharing their voice/opinion/experiences and working together towards solutions as much as possible. Takes a village to create that environment so thank you for your contributions to HealthEquity and our culture.

Pros

From the very beginning, the experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and well organized. The recruitment process was smooth and informative, and every interview felt like a genuine opportunity to have real conversations and build meaningful connections. The team was incredibly supportive throughout both hiring and onboarding, which made the transition feel seamless. A great example of the company’s culture is Trailhead, an experience designed to bring new hires together early on and help them connect, learn, and feel part of the organization right away. It’s clear there is a lot of intention behind how employees are supported, especially when it comes to building connection from day one.

Cons

Still early in my time here, but no major cons to note so far.
