Pros
Good products, fair prices for the members (for the most part), fairly easy processes, and the members are normally very nice, and fun to talk to.
Cons
thank you! I feel that HealthEquity set extremely unrealistic expectations for this position, and the company as a whole. I feel that this position was much more taxing than was advertised, and that HealthEquity did not follow through on their promises to take care of their team members. Specifically, I was hired on with the expectation of a busy season lasting from Jan-March. When our busy season was extended, there was no rectification or incentives for team members. I felt like just a number. It is extremely irresponsible for a company of this size to refuse supplemental pay, seasonal workers, or incentives in a situation like this. Needless to say, this is especially careless to do during a global pandemic, when team members are already feeling overwhelmed, overworked, and burned out. I know i’m not the only one that felt this way, and i cannot imagine what single working parents with children at home may be going through. In my opinion, adherence requirements should not be over 80%. However, the adherence requirements were RAISED in the middle of busy season from 93% to 95%. Additionally, There were two different times during my 7-month-long employment when i had no idea who my manager was, or who i should be reporting to. These periods of time lasted for at least a week each. I understand that there were coaches available, but that is not sufficient. I would assume, especially due to the sensitive information MSR’s are required to handle, that they would be given more consistent and reliable resources, and consistent trainings. Lastly, I joined HealthEquity because it was expressed to me that I would have opportunity for growth. I understand that this takes time. However, when I reached out to a coach (this was during a time that i did not have a TL) and the TL of Client Onboarding, they just stopped replying, halfway through coordinating a solution for my requests to learn more about their team. I was left hanging and felt worthless to the company, despite the hours of back to back calls I took for HealthEquity, while executing excellent customer service. I am disappointed in HealthEquity, and hoped for much better.
