Pros

HSA product is best of class. They have a great business model with diversified revenue streams. Good benefits.

Cons

Many teams are very political. Culture often pits one team against another. I was actually told at one time that I got along too well with my peers - the senior leader who said this to me wanted me to create conflict rather than find collaborative ways to address issues. (That senior leader is no longer with the company, so I give credit for that.) Pay was below market averages, but equity grants were generous.

Pros

From the very beginning, the experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and well organized. The recruitment process was smooth and informative, and every interview felt like a genuine opportunity to have real conversations and build meaningful connections. The team was incredibly supportive throughout both hiring and onboarding, which made the transition feel seamless. A great example of the company’s culture is Trailhead, an experience designed to bring new hires together early on and help them connect, learn, and feel part of the organization right away. It’s clear there is a lot of intention behind how employees are supported, especially when it comes to building connection from day one.

Cons

Still early in my time here, but no major cons to note so far.
