Pros
I started in October of 2015 as part time by the December I got promoted to Full Time. This is such an easy job. They are really flexible with everyone's schedule. The managers are easy to get along with. The boss is such an easy going guy! If I ever had an issue or concern he always made the time to sit with me and talk it over no matter how busy he was. The job itself is easy. There is no cold calling, they provide scripts to guide you through each call. If I ever had an issue I never felt like I had no one to go to, we all work together so It wasn't necessary depending on management to fix the issues.
Cons
Sometimes the system is down or is slow so it makes it difficult to assist caller. You do have to sit for long periods of times, however it is a call center so that's just part of the job. There's times when it gets extremely busy and it can become stressful, but again that's any job you go to.
