Pros
Nice surroundings in facilities that they contract with; residents/patients appreciate your care and expertise.
Cons
try to over manage; micro manage; each month adds more about money less about patient care; actually hired someone else in a position to replace one employee who had worked less than a year while she was gone for 2 weeks out of state for her daughter to have surgery for cancerous tumors :: so so very morally wrong but not technically legs! ( they knew that they missed the American Healthcare Act by 2 weeks and ran with that opportunity).
