-decent pay but only if you negotiate well
Cons
-no holidays off or holiday pay, must use PTO, even for Christmas. Last year I was denied taking off December 24th or 26th because my DOR couldn’t find PRN coverage. -Higher ups do not care about you and will talk behind your back with other employees and DORs. -No anual pay raise or even anual review of performance -Very unorganized and gives different information every time you ask something.
