      Very diverse and welcoming. Fair pay for starting out and decent benefits. Organization does great work with the community and really cares about the people they serve.

      Cons

      Organization is in a transitional stage in terms of messaging and how they run things. Teams do not communicate much with each other, stifling collaboration. Career growth opportunities seem low.
