I consider my job at HealthWare Systems a positive part of my life and feel that the work we do for the healthcare industry is very rewarding and helping many people. There is a great benefits package and this company is flexible in allowing remote workers. There is strong and positive leadership within the Management team, and they motivate us all to achieve a higher standard. HealthWare Systems is a growing company that still feels close knit, and the management team goes above and beyond to do small things to make you feel appreciated. For example: almost always the day before a big holiday or holiday weekend, management will close early to allow employees to get home to family. Company gatherings are always very thoughtful - past events included a Casino night and Murder Mystery Interactive Dinner. Christmas/Holiday parties are planned every year, and other yearly gatherings are family inclusive or spouse inclusive. Christmas bonuses, year end bonuses. HealthWare strives to make employees feel supported and regarded as an important piece of the puzzle.
