5yOh this is an interesting one and the position gives the game away. Sales and Marketing you have targets to meet. Guess what if you don’t meet the targets you have to find another job. The churn rate is not accurate and this individual whoever they are would not be party to recruiting and retention.
The other asset you require in sales and marketing is a positive outlook. So this was either an individual who brought no sales to the business and hence “left” or another individual who frankly remained in post for too long without delivering positive outcomes.
