Teamwork is the backbone of everything at Healthcare Realty. Engineers , managers and leasing people work together to make things great at the properties. It's been a big improvement to allow flexible work schedules for employees. There is good communication about our goals and I like volunteering with people in my group. I also like ample oportunities to meet people across the country virtually and in person.
