Pros
Having contracted with Healthcasts on two occasions (once in 2013 and once in 2017), I've been impressed by their ability to continually adapt their business to meet the needs of the industry and their members (Healthcare professionals). The management team has great depth of experience in the industry and particularly excels at selling the value of their marketing solutions to medical brands. Sitting between brands and physicians, its a good spot to learn about the industry's key stake holders and work with good people.
Cons
Having seen growth happen at other companies as well, it can be easy to lose focus or shift gears quickly. Goals and clear direction can take some time to shake out in meetings but it's understandable given things are changing so fast.
