Pros
Flexibility as far as schedules. Part time and full time are available with paid holidays. Ability to take days off immediately. Occasional potluck.
Cons
The work environment is so unprofessional. The Customer service department is out of control. There is only one manager who is completely biased. It seems as if there is no structure in the department. It's very cliquish although during the interview process they portray it as a family type of environment. There is very little opportunity to grow with the company and a very high turn over rate. It's not so much what you know with this company but who you know. Often hard workers are overlooked and underpaid. For this to be an insurance company the insurance benefits are terrible. Every month there is a lunch and learn where the csr manager cooks and brings in food because you aren't allowed to clock out or leave the building for lunch that day. I think that's unexceptable and it should atleast be catered.
