Pros
1. They'll hire just about anybody 2. If you have no sales experience you can get some here 3. If you want to get into the hearing aid industry they will help train you and pay for your license 4. If you like change, you will love this place
Cons
1. Non competitive wages 2. Constantly breaking promises (if you say anything about it the response is simply: "Things have changed.") 3. Pay decrees, yes after a while they actually lowered my pay ("Things changed.") 4. Almost no one at corporate seems to know what they are doing 5. The benefits are terrible (I literally didn't know anyone that worked there that used them) 6. Everyone gets paid differently (makes you feel like a sucker if you accept the first offer) 7. 100% Bait and Switch advertising 8. No Christmas bonus (even my part time college job gave me a Christmas bonus) 9. No stability in job description 10. No training on new expectations (good luck) 11. You pay for all moving expenses (and unless you live in the Chicago area you are going to move twice) 12. Hidden board numbers (only shady sales businesses hide this from the sales staff) 13. No spiffs (apparently not even productive fun is aloud) 14. Lots if criticism, very little feedback 15. Most of the corporate paperwork seems pointless (the corporate bureaucracy is big and bloated, there are a lot of people trying to justify their jobs, so you get another form to fill out) 16. Communication goes one way (you complain too much and you're fired) 17. Terrible turn-over from upper management on down 18. Most of the managers have no clue what they are doing 19. Non-compete
