      Pros

      People are smart. Hearst Tower is great. I love Cafe 57, and wellness center.

      Cons

      The mid town west location didn't work for me, my commute was too long.

      Pros

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
