      Pros

      The flexible work schedule allows you to balance work/life better than some jobs in the area.

      Cons

      Communication between papers within our group is poor and too often ineffectual in resolving problems. Salaries are far below industry.

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
