Pros
Nice offices with plenty of activities available. Editors and other employees at the various brands are knowledgeable and kind. Work/life balance was respected in my department.
Cons
Communication between brands and departments is lacking, and there is a general lack of a shared vision. Didn't get any pay increase during my time as a non-exempt employee for 1 1/2 years.
