Many different divisions you can choose to run under. One to suit what you want and need. I have never felt like I work for them I always felt like I work WITH them. The CEO Mike is an AWESOME man to talk with and work with. I love their monthly get togethers at different terminals to show the DRIVERS APPRECIATION. Mgmt shows that drivers can be respected in this industry. The personal and works values of Heartland are very high.
