many 483's and now a warning letter. Quality Department Lacks leadership. Has been lacking for many years. I don't understand why the CEO allows this to continue. The only explanation is he doesn't know or doesn't care. Either one is bad. Morale is poor and most of management doesn't care, probably because of hefty stock options for them and with most of them being clueless.
