Nothing different from anything else in the service industry

Amazing company morals and atmosphere, and a free-feeling environment where employees can express themselves. I worked here for about 4 years and would happily do it again. Great pay and great people.

There are no cons that come to mind other than the schedule is set unless you file for a particular day off, but that is pretty industry standard so I wouldn't expect anything different from another company.
