Some employees are favored over others, and nothing is done when a complaint is made about those favored employees. Vacation and sick days do not accrue untill 1 year of employment. Computers and intranet are slow.

Very strict and almost petty rules. Start time is 8am if you get there at 8:01 you’re written up. Nothing is every really done for employees, no lunches no nothing.
