Pros
- good company with a resilient culture (e.g. when a potentially severe incident happens, the entire organization is focused on containing/fixing it, even if services need to be switched off) - an ambition to drive the proactively drive the construction industry to digitization, rather than be a follower - digitization done the "right" way ... lots of on-staff SWEs, IP and people developers around critical strategic core processes - attractive employer, high caliber of co-workers
Cons
- uninspiring leadership, reverting to bad habits of demoting (directly or perceived) women - highly political governance with global stakeholder management and negotiation of local interests - introduced OKRs as management paradigm but now it is more convoluted work-generator rather than a tool to focus and prioritize
