Great company - Security Officer Heightened Security Employee Review

Company is starting to take new ideas and is really focusing on employee culture.

There's still a lot of work to go and changes are taking time.

I don't know. Holiday pay i guess.

Late with checks. Constantly messing up schedules. Account managers tend to be unreliable cause their stressed too. Sometimes they forget to give you a schedule. Mixed poor communication.
