Pros
It's a company in rapid growth, and even if there are still things to get structured and to get organized, there's a constant improvement, willingness and openness towards listening to feedback (and employee satisfaction score) and taking action - there's been some great initiatives lately. :-) And colleagues are great.
Cons
Maybe missing some in-person get-togethers and company events, but that is more due the pandemic...
