      Good payment for staffs and good behaviour to staffs and attractive restaurant environment

      Cons

      The uniform pants for the shefs are larger. But we can use our own pants as uniform.

      Good, kind, caring people. Interesting work. Generous benefits and pay. Very supportive of creative projects.

      Can be intense when things are busy. High expectations.

      Pros

      The people who work at Heist have always been amazing - both staff and freelancers. There is a strong sense of camaraderie. The benefits package is generous (especially for the size of the company) and includes an education stipend. Overall Heist makes great work and has a good reputation.

      Cons

      Little room for ownership of projects, and management can be a frustrating mix of indecisive and micro-managerial. At its worst, the atmosphere can be extremely tense and disrespectful. It weighs on staff and burns people out quickly.
