Negative does not bring growth in a company from the owner

Your day starts with a call from Helen yelling at you for something you usually did not due. The merchandise does not change. She has her boys involved with the business. There failed business was a skateboard shop and pot farm. Helen always is yelling and it’s never her fault. A revolving door of managers and sales people. She does not pay her bills. She owed American Express money and every time we had a American Express sale the money went straight to American Express to pay off her bill.
