Fast pased its bad for some but good for others.

The culture here is really open and inclusive — teams are multinational, and there’s absolutely no discrimination. What I loved most is how little management cares about rigid job titles. If you have a good idea, even outside your official role, they encourage you to go for it. You’re in design but have a vision for improving customer support? They’ll listen, and you can actually make it happen. You’re really free to carve your own path and focus on what you care about. If you’re good and motivated, you can grow quickly — both in position and salary.

It’s a fast-growing company, and it shows in the pace and expectations. You’ll really be working full-time — this isn’t Google with unlimited PTO, spa days, and remote-first perks. The company expects you to show up, contribute, and keep up with the momentum. That can feel a bit demanding, especially if you’re looking for a more laid-back environment.
