2yThank you for making us aware of your perspective. While we take this feedback seriously, we want to clarify a few points:
We have worked very hard to maintain our culture, benefits, open communication, and all the rest of the best parts of Helios HR the last 2 years post-acquisition as a wholly owned subsidiary. NFP has given us an extraordinary amount of autonomy to do that and are not involved in our operations. Unfortunately, we did have to make a tough business decision after one of our key service areas was impacted by external market factors. Meanwhile, our other business services have had record setting years and continue to grow. This is all information we have transparently shared with our internal team. These situations are challenging for everyone, and we always place emphasis on leading with our core value of demonstrating care at the forefront.
While our engagement surveys have over 90% participation and tend to have very high scores, we do typically have a few opportunities for improvement, and we greatly appreciate being made aware of those so we can take action. To that point, reading about your experience is saddening. Our Conscious Inclusion & Belonging Committee is led by employee volunteers and all employees also have access to ERG groups. Our DEIB initiatives are ongoing, and we actively seek feedback from employees to enhance our programs. We will share your concerns and continue to remain committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace for everyone.
