Pros
Many kind people working here. Employees just trying to do the best they can with what they are given. A VERY relaxed atmosphere.
Cons
Under-bid and over-scoped projects leave teams little to no time to realize uninspired cheap designs. Team leaders lack professionalism, expected skills, and leadership. No internal growth. Producers rarely say no to clients, causing radical shifts in scope of work. Management will listen but rarely take action even on serious behavioral matters. Any talent is wasted here; this is a quantity over quality company.
