Micromanaged through management, whom do not know what you do, but they know better! Your advice and expertise is not welcome by management. Always a fault finding or blame campaign put on when there is an issue or mistake. You do not feel supported by the Company. Expect slander from some Office personnel, as well as grudge holding. Its a "Good Ol' Boys" Club, hostile towards confident persons. The Benefits get worse every year. The office is more worried about bonuses thsn how they treat employees. No integrity from management. They will throw their own workers under the bus so as to not take blame at the management level. They tell the client one thing, then do another!!!
