Pros
Unlimited PTO, if you aren't guilt-tripped when requesting time off.
Cons
CEO's method of communication is yelling. Middle management rolls over and doesn't stand up for their employees to the CEO. Short-staffed, hard to get things done or escalate issues. Work hours are 9-6 EST which makes it feel like very long days. Lots of turnover.
