Pros
The people here are awesome. There is no single person that slacks off, that has a negative outlook, or that doesn't carry their weight. Every single person is so smart in their own way, and everyone cares so much– about each other, about the company, about doing a great job. There is diversity of opinion and everyone's strengths are very complimentary.
The product is also really cutting edge, and it's so awesome to see the technology and the company grow– we are heading in a great direction.
I love my manager, I feel I have a lot of autonomy yet am being guided and constantly learning. I can really work with them to make sure I am reaching my personal and professional goals.

Since we are what I would consider still in the start-up face, we face the typical growing pains and downsides that come with the excitement of a fast-paced environment.
As our product and company are evolving, things can change often and the communication could sometimes be improved.
Since we are pretty lean, you have to be okay with having more responsibility than you would at a larger company.
HR exists and is wonderful, but is outsourced.
