      bad culture mainly set by the employees that belong to the Civil servants status of employment. Bad collaborations among the departments, everybody avoids responsibility. Management unable to set standards

      Nothing at all, never spend a single minute for an interview.

      Top Management knows nothing how to manage a company and is supporter of nepotism. Company has no values and is led by unethical people.

      Low salary, no teleworking, limited training, promotions and raises are given selectively only to employees with connections, no meritocracy.
