      Company Benefits are OK colleagues are in general, nice and helpful.

      No communication from Management - Managements have meetings repeatedly and endlessly but nothing is being passed down to Operations Managements complain how the company is being Toxic and inefficiently run but they are the one who made the organisation like that. No Training given No Appraisal considered. Managements do not get involved in daily operations so they order us about without instructions to follow. The management members' aim in life is how early can they go home.

      None except it’s a paycheck

      Toxic environment. Belittle their employees unless you’re one of the favorites. Each branch works in their own little silo so little to no continuity. 1 question will get you 5 completely different answers, and ultimately any issues will always be the employee’s fault. Very much a gossip mill of misinformation. “Relationships Matter” as their slogan is a complete joke. Mentally draining organization that needs a complete overhaul! There’s a reason why many leave after a short time period.
