      Having a schedule that fits my lifestyle and choosing hours I enjoy.

      Cons

      Pay structure is inconsistent. We are constantly pushed to sell memberships persuading clients into signing up. Poor management, and money hungry owners who push a corporate culture and agenda.

      Flexible schedule, but can hinder opportunities. Independent working.

      Cons

      Micromanaged from corporate. No trust from management. You are just a number making a dollar sign. Seems like an MLM for the beauty world.
