Some employees maintain professionalism despite the environment.

Cons

The organization operates on a closed-loop system of favoritism that begins at the highest level. Advancement appears concentrated among individuals with long-standing "personal ties" to executives, creating a clear hierarchy of insiders vs. everyone else. For years, employees have openly noted that individuals with close personal "relationships" to the CEO advanced rapidly into senior roles. Whether leadership disputes this or not, it has become a defining perception within the company and it shapes how employees interpret every promotion decision.
