This is why we work so hard, why we have such high NPS, why we are trusted by 1000s of clinicians and why we are trusted by insurers and the NHS across the UK. We do not and have not ever ‘lied’ to our partners. Relationships of trust are the foundation of the whole HelloSelf strategy. They are also the reason we continue to win partnerships with the UK’s top insurers and the NHS. We are one of the best funded mental health companies in Europe. We have years of investment funds, and can run the core business profitably. Your statement that ‘they have no money left’ is false, and we share our financial position with all employees each month, so you should know this is not true. I appreciate the change process we all experienced over the summer was challenging. There were rumors that proved true that we were making changes. Our new structure was designed to ensure our focus on ‘Helping People Feel Better Faster’ was more central. Our partnership team was brought closer to Operations. All of which have already made a positive impact to our culture, user experience, and growth rates. I am sorry that during this phase of change that my communications did not give you the transparency you wanted, however we needed to make sure it was a fair process.
